With the launch of bike sharing in Copenhagen as a new strategic business line we are now hiring for a KINTO Bike Operations Coordinator.

The position will be coordinating field staff employees and e-bike mechanics and with the overall target to have the bike operation running smoothly and optimized. A big task will include the actual launch of the bikes on the launch date whereas you will also be supported heavily by the existing KINTO team and especially the KINTO Bike Product Owner. 

As a Bike Operations Coordinator you will continuously improve workflows and monitor KPIs to improve performance of the operation. To succeed in this position you must be structured and need to thrive with a lot on the plate. Data analytics and performance reviewing will over time become a more and more central part of the role. Moreover, you need to be good around people and be able to foster a collaborative and friendly working environment. Also important is that you set out clear expectations for your team and our vendors.

The role is a very varying role with periodic high intense-high workload periods. More than 50 % of the hours is expected to be needed in the field to support the field staff with oversight and guidance for the first 6 months after launch date.
